Isolation Berlin

Wasted youth? That was yesterday. At least for Isolation Berlin, who grew up with all the singer-songwriter conventions of Dylan and Cohen to the Hamburger Schule and Ja, Panik, making it clear on their second album in 2018: »Vergifte Dich« (»Poison Yourself«) had its fair share of shaky rhythms, but the quartet always kept a stable balance. »Alles grau« (»Everything Gray«), »Vergeben heißt nicht vergessen« (»Forgiving Doesn’t Mean Forgetting«) and »Wenn ich eins hasse, dann ist das mein Leben« (»If There’s One Thing I Hate, It’s My Life«), showed a rather – shall we say – critical attitude towards the world. But Isolation Berlin clearly won’t give in, and they definitely won’t give up. The band is currently working on their third album and will offer a glimpse of it at Pop-Kultur!
